Welcome To Big Ron's Angling Web Site.
For the anglers out there who do not know me, I am a Carp angler who has recently become very interested in Cat fishing and have been perusing them as my main prey,. over the last three years. Seeing there were very few CATFISH sites on the web, I decided to set this one up, hoping to broaden my knowledge on the species. It has absolutely no commercial ties whatsoever and is only a hobby to me. It started life in my head while I was sitting on the river Ebro in Spain this year 2001 fishing for large catfish, as you can see it is still under construction and we will be working to make it one of the best cat fishing websites around.  As I am a complete novice to web site's, it will, continually be updated and hopefully always be of some interest to you all. I am being assisted by a friend of mine to create this site, Dan (www.fatcarp.com), he is the brains !!.He has just added a links page, articles page, chat page etc. If you have any ideas of something different to improve the site, let us know and we will see what we can do. Please have a good look around and feel free to sign my guestbook, post on the forum or even e-mail me. The idea of this site is for your enjoyment and viewing pleasure and also to share information. I am trying to keep the navigation around the site as simple as I can and the download times of each page to a minimum, also with the least advertising possible, and definitely no pop-up banners!
